These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of exclusivestyle-yp.com and any purchase you make from Exclusive Style. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Ordering and previews

Custom patches and embroidery are made to order. After you place an order we prepare a design preview, and production begins only after you approve it. You are responsible for making sure the artwork, spelling, sizes, and colors in the approved preview are correct.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are calculated from the size and options you choose. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is produced. Payment is due as described at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Production, shipping, and turnaround

Production times and shipping are described on the Shipping and returns page. Estimated timelines start after preview approval and are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Because each item is custom made, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved preview, we will remake or refund it as described on the Shipping and returns page.

Intellectual property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, text, or artwork you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else rights. You keep ownership of your own artwork, and the design, text, and images on this site remain the property of Exclusive Style. We may decline any order for content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the ordering or account features.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and our services are provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and changes
