Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders are stitched in our North Port, Florida studio and usually ship within 5 to 9 business days after you approve the design preview. As soon as your package is on its way you receive a tracking number by email.

Within the United States we ship with USPS and UPS. International shipping is available on request: contact us before placing the order and we will quote the cost and timing for your country.

Returns and remakes

Custom embroidery is made to order, so we cannot accept returns because of a change of mind. That is exactly why every order includes a preview approval step before production.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved preview, write to us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will remake it at no cost or refund the order, whichever you prefer.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel an order free of charge at any point before the preview is approved and production starts. After stitching has begun, changes are no longer possible, but we will always look for the best solution together.
